Creating custom experiences that allow businesses to reach, track, and understand their target audiences.
The business revolves around a new innovative marketing channel called the “Seamless Channel” - which is a custom native app-like experience fully designed in the no-code builder tool called the “Backoffice” - which is main product offering FastForward provides, and which is what we helped build during our collaboration.
While using FastForward’s Backoffice, the user (usualy a digital marketer) walks through an easy-to-use wizard to create a profile, upload brand assets and information, and have their brand registered in minutes through drag and drop.
The user can upload and organize products and offers, create marketing campaigns for popular platforms (Facebook, Google, Tiktok to name a few), create advanced custom adset rules, apply custom branding, design micro apps through an intuitive flow builder, collect payments, and so much more.
When the Quickleaf team first got involved, the product was already alive but the initial plan was slightly different than what it turned out to be today. We never say no to a challenge and we’re always on the lookout for partners that are open to consultancy and don’t hesitate when it comes to testing, pivoting, and perfecting, until we get the best market fit and best possible product.
The Seamless Channel building system was done through a templating engine, which required technical people to interact with it for creating and changing the experiences and design flows for customers. In order to properly scale, customers needed to be able create these experiences themselves, without any technical knowledge or having to rely on a trained tech person.
We’ve offered consulting services and helped in transforming the initial idea into something more market fitting with more scaling solutions for the future.
We’ve replaced the templating system for creating microwebsites with a visually pleasing, easy to use, drag&drop experience for designing and building microwebsites similar to all the modern CMS no-code app builders out there. This means that, if you want to reach your audiences, track their experience, and learn from it, you can create your microwebsite and have it live in less than 15 minutes, aligned with the look and feel of any brand.

Creating an infrastructure that’s always ready to scale up is rather interesting, but we were, as usual, happy to take on new challenges. When you start using Fastforward and first enter the app, you enter your business name and upload your brand assets. In the following seconds, the app has the capability to generate your microwebsite.
But in that moment, it’s not just your microwebsite that’s being generated, but maybe hundreds or thousands others are being created or suffering modifications. These modifications need to be deployed as fast as possible, so that the users don't feel the dread of waiting. Because your brand assets and the entirety of your microwebsite flow is at your disposal, you can modify and improve it in real time as you see fit.

For us at Quickleaf, this was trully a challenge from all points of view. Fastforward, at the time of our encounter, they were our biggest client yet and everything was different, from a legal and financial side and from a team experience point of view.
We’ve built a strong partnership and a great relation within our teams, and it was a great way to prove that we can handle whatever challenge comes our way.
But don’t take our word for it.
Let’s see what Fastforward has to say.
They got onboard and start delivering in record time.
Streamlining product design, development lifecycle, integration with existing processes and creating new ones that brought tremendous value for our company, Quickleaf managed to boost company products, while sticking to best practices, business wise and technical.
